Mini Beef Meatballs with Short Pasta & Carrot Veloute

2. 2Make sure the beef and spaghetti are already fully cooked and cooled before you begin.

1. 1Finely chop the plain cooked boneless lean beef, then press it into tiny loose meatball-style pieces with your fingers or a spoon.
2. 2Keep the pieces small for the dog size.

Cut the plain cooked spaghetti into short pieces, about 1 inch long, so it is easy to chew and does not hang in long strands.

1. 1Stir the plain pumpkin puree and mashed cooked carrot together until it looks like a soft orange sauce.
2. 2Do not add salt, oil, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, or seasoning.

1. 1Place the short spaghetti in the bowl, add the tiny beef pieces, and spoon a small amount of pumpkin carrot sauce over the top.
