Use only fully cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast with no salt, seasoning, oil, sauce, onion, garlic, leek, scallion, or chives.
Peel and fully cook Chinese yam before blending. Introduce it in a small amount if your dog has not eaten it before.
Use plain unsweetened yogurt and goat milk powder with no xylitol or other sweeteners. Omit the entire dairy finish for dogs that do not tolerate dairy.
For tinting, use only single-ingredient beet powder or single-ingredient blueberry powder with no sweetener or additives. Never substitute grape or raisin powder, cocoa, chocolate, onion, garlic, macadamia, nutmeg, or a decorative baking blend.
