Turkey Meatballs with Sweet Potato & Rice

1. 1Set out one bowl, one fork, one spoon, and a plate.
2. 2Use ingredients that are already fully cooked and cooled.

1. 1Finely chop the plain cooked turkey breast.
2. 2Check that it has no skin, bones, salt, oil, onion, garlic, or seasoning.

Mash the cooked sweet potato and cooked carrot together until smooth enough to hold the turkey pieces.

1. 1Stir in the chopped turkey and cooked rice.
2. 2Press a spoonful against the side of the bowl; if it holds together, it is ready to shape.

1. 1Roll or press the mixture into tiny meatballs.
2. 2Make them small for the dog size and chill briefly if they feel too soft.
