Chicken & Sweet Potato Medallions

1. 1Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. 2Line a baking sheet with parchment and set out a mixing bowl, fork, spoon, and measuring spoon.

1. 1Finely shred or chop the plain cooked chicken breast.
2. 2Check that it has no skin, bones, salt, oil, onion, garlic, or seasoning.

Mash the cooked sweet potato in the bowl, then stir in the chicken, oat flour, and beaten egg until a soft dough forms.

1. 1Shape the dough into small flat coins.
2. 2Make them thin and even so the centers cook through, with extra-small coins for small dogs.

1. 1Bake for 12 to 16 minutes, until the coins feel firm and dry on top.
2. 2Let them cool completely before serving.
