3. 3Set out one mixing bowl, one fork, one spoon, and a small measuring spoon before you start.

1. 1Mash the banana in the mixing bowl with a fork until it looks mostly smooth.
2. 2Add the plain pumpkin puree, beaten egg, and oat flour.
3. 3Stir until no dry flour is visible and the batter looks thick, soft, and scoopable, like muffin batter.

- 5 g banana
- 16 g oat flour
- 5 ml egg
